Management
Our residential letting management service includes the collection of rents on behalf of the landlord, ensuring that properties are kept in good condition, and the handling of all requests from the tenant. As well as quarterly inspections, the management service liases with our Letting offices to ensure that at the end of each tenancy void periods are kept to a minimum.
- Carry out two inspections each year with a full report for you to review
- Transfer all of the utilities i.e Council Tax, Water Rates, Gas, Electricity and Television Licence
- Arrange all repairs and maintenance of the property
- Provide a keyholding service for Tenant and Landlord
- A 24 hour call-out service
- Comprehensively manage the check-out and deposit negotiation process.
- Arranging Gas Safety Certificates, Electrical Safety Certificates
- Comprehensive register of approved contractors
With the above bespoke service will allow you to relax, knowing that your property is being looked after and your interests taken care of.

Flexible Management System
At Green Live Property Management we recognize that all our clients require an individual approach. An institutional landlord will require a different service to an individual investor, family trust, and overseas landlord. Some prefer us to manage the portfolio, gathering income whilst others require special input, reports or meetings. In summary we can offer a bespoke service to suit each clients individual needs and requirements.
Renewals and Terminations
We have dedicated people who specialise in negotiating the renewal of your tenancy. They are on hand to provide advice on the current market trends and rent levels, provide comparable evidence and arrange for a re-appraisal of your property where appropriate and to negotiate with the tenant on your behalf. When your tenancy is due to end our team will guide you through the termination process.
